HIGH SPEED DRILLING MACHINE. The project was born from the need to speed up the drilling operation normally carried out with a standard machine.
SOLUTION. To speed up drilling, we have developed a 4-module machine capable of quadrupling the processing, thus allowing an increase in production.
FLEXIBILITY. A special item clamping system has been designed specifically to allow loading up to 20 different size pieces with measurements ranging from 100 mm to 1000 mm in height and with a diameter of 100 mm up to a maximum of 1200 mm.
MULTIPLE DRILLING. When adopting a transfer drilling machines, there is the must of having to reduce production times as much as possible. For this simple reason LEM TEC has developed multiple multiple heads capable of drilling multiple holes at the same time.
