The history of LEM TEC starts in 1983 with the production of Special Transfer machines for some important industries that often meant a true industrial revolution.
The LEM TEC company has never wanted to standardize itself. since the goal has always been to make machines that provide a valuable help to our customers’ production.
As a result of this, our target has always been that of enineering customized solutions that, for instance, do not force customers to adapt their production cycle, as it often happens with a standard machine.
In order to solve problems without creating new ones, we strongly believe that the ideal machine tool is created and moulded on the product and not vice versa. Through this idea we have always accompanied the growth of our customers and provided them cutting-edge and customized solutions.
Right from the start of our activity, LEM TEC has set itself the goal of becoming a technical leader by providing the opportunity to improve productivity and processes. All this thanks also to our ingenuity, research focused on innovation and on the development of technologies aimed at improving the production systems. Production can be in this way flexible over time, in daily planning and guarantee rapid production changes.
